Better Half BD (“we”, “us”) operates this matrimonial matchmaking service for adults in Bangladesh seeking marriage.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to marry to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile.
3. Account & conduct
You agree not to impersonate others, post false information, harass other members, or use the service for any commercial or unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
4. Verification
Verification badges reflect a manual review of submitted information and photos by our team. They are not a guarantee of identity, marital status, or intentions — exercise your own judgment when meeting anyone.
5. Payments & subscriptions
Premium subscriptions and unlock credits are currently activated manually after you submit a bKash or Nagad transaction ID and our team confirms receipt of payment. Purchases are non-transferable. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.
6. Content you share
You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload, but grant us a license to display it to other members as part of operating the service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
